Job Duties

  • Maintains and updates facility orientation material for all new admissions
  • Facilitates the completion of the patient/resident expectation questionnaire for all new admissions
  • Inspects and ensures all subacute rehabilitation rooms are properly cleaned, maintained, and beds are made ready for new admission
  • Welcomes new residents and their families into the facility, introduces residents to the staff, and provides a tour of the facility ensuring all questions are answered
  • Communicates daily with residents to ensure their needs are met, identifies any resident concerns, and ensures prompt resolution
  • Maintains a daily log with questions, concerns raised, and follow-up taken on steps to rectify any identified concerns
