Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in education, marketing, business administration, or healthcare administration preferred

Job Duties

  • Assist with coordinating interview days
  • utilize admissions software effectively
  • respond to admissions emails and phone calls
  • support day-to-day operations of the Admissions office
  • develop and execute data-driven recruitment plans
  • identify target audiences for outreach initiatives
  • build relationships with prospective students and community stakeholders
  • represent MU CFVH at recruitment fairs and networking events
  • plan and execute admissions and recruitment events
  • collaborate with admissions staff and faculty
  • partner with marketing teams on admissions materials
  • serve as a key point of contact for prospective students
  • ensure compliance with federal, state, and institutional regulations
  • maintain accurate recruitment records
  • provide regular reports on outreach metrics
  • analyze data to enhance recruitment strategies
  • work collaboratively with university departments
