Job Duties
- Receive incoming visitors and telephone calls
- greet and assist visitors professionally
- issue visitor badges
- handle clerical support services such as arranging local transportation and visitor parking reservations
- distribute parking vouchers and Metro cards
- accept and arrange distribution of incoming mail and courier packages
- coordinate visitor access with building security
- maintain visitors log
- receive and log facilities requests
- respond to staff submissions for facilities issues
- generate and monitor work order tickets
- coordinate conference room scheduling and meeting arrangements
- respond to or direct incoming calls and inquiries
- maintain reception area appearance
- perform other administrative support duties as required
