Job Requirements
- 2 years of experience in the administrative support field or advanced level of knowledge in data processing fundamentals, office procedures and equipment obtained through higher education
- strong organizational and administrative skills
- intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Access
- ability to work independently with little guidance
- high school diploma or equivalent
- must be a US citizen, per contract requirements
- must be willing to work on-site, full time

- minimum two years of experience in administrative support or related field
- advanced knowledge of data processing fundamentals and office procedures
- strong organizational skills
- intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Access

Job Duties
- Compile and prepare various papers and reports from raw data
- coordinate logistics and provide support for meetings, technical briefings, conferences, and special events including arranging for conference rooms, facilities, equipment and required documentation
- prepare miscellaneous forms, reports, briefings, and other documentation including materials for various meetings
- attend meetings, take notes, and write and distribute minutes
- prepare shipping documents and labels, inventories orders, receive and distribute mail
- prepare draft and final letters, memos, and messages including e-mail
- receive, read, reproduce, distribute, and file letters, memos, messages, briefings, and other documentation including paper and electronic documents
- research and respond to requests for information
- prepare and maintain office logs and lists, track and respond to office action items
- develop and maintain general office files, procedures, and specialized files and archives including mission and program files
- answer phones, record and distribute messages
- maintain electronic scheduling
- serve as receptionist greeting, assisting, and referring walk-in customers or guests to appropriate staff members
