Job Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a secretary or receptionist
  • familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques

  • excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • proficiency in MS Office
  • high school diploma

Job Duties

  • Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone
  • answering or referring inquiries
  • directs all visitor and inform appropriate staff
  • giving instructions
  • manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments
  • prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms
  • file and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and external partners
  • greet all guest of Child Link professionally and personable
  • accept and process all in-kind donations
  • support and facilitate the completion of regular CQI reports
  • develop and maintain a filing system
  • check frequently the levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders
  • monthly order of office supplies
  • making sure all equipment in the facility is in compliance
  • other tasks may include from the executive and direct staff
