Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Strong organizational skills
- Dependability and punctuality
- Ability to work on scheduled days including weekends
- Successful completion of pre-hire health assessment, drug screen, and tobacco screen

Job Duties
- Serve as the primary contact person at the front desk
- Provide exceptional customer service through phone and in-person interactions
- Perform administrative tasks including ordering office supplies
- Maintain a professional and friendly attitude
- Manage front desk operations efficiently
- Greet and assist guests, residents, and team members
- Support community activities and events
