Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior customer service experience preferred
- ability to work scheduled shifts including weekends
- strong communication skills
- reliable and punctual
- ability to pass pre-hire health assessment, drug screen, and tobacco screen
- commitment to providing excellent customer service

Job Duties
- Serve as the primary contact person at the front desk of the community
- provide exceptional customer experience through phone and in-person services for guests, residents, and team members
- efficiently perform administrative tasks including ordering office supplies
- maintain a professional and friendly attitude
- work scheduled shifts on Tuesday and Thursday from 8 AM to 4:30 PM and every other weekend from Friday to Sunday 10 AM to 2 PM
- assist with general community inquiries and support residents' needs
- uphold a welcoming and organized front desk environment
