Job Requirements

  • 2-5 years experience in a secretarial or administrative assistant role
  • Ability to be organized and multitask
  • Proficiency in MS Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Job Duties

  • Provide administrative and clerical support for the community
  • Answer phone calls and greet visitors
  • Maintain liaison with residents, families and support departments
  • Plan for residents' needs in coordination with executive director
  • Support overall facility operations and executive director
  • Manage administrative duties with accountability and responsibility
  • Assist in coordinating community communications
