  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-5 years experience in a secretarial or administrative assistant role
  • demonstrated experience of being organized, self-directed and an ability to multitask
  • proficient in MS Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Provide administrative and clerical support for the community
  • answer phone calls and greet visitors
  • maintain liaison with residents, their families, and support departments
  • manage correspondence and documentation
  • support the Executive Director and overall facility operations
  • organize and coordinate schedules and meetings
  • assist with report preparation and data entry
