Job Requirements

  • Equivalent combination of 2 years of education and experience after high school in secretarial, customer service, business, or equivalent field
  • valid driver's license
  • must successfully undergo a State Police records check
  • must pass a National Agency Check (NAC) to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC) within 12 months of hire and be eligible for renewal

  • Equivalent combination of 2 years of education and experience after high school in secretarial, customer service, business, or equivalent field
  • experience working with the public
  • strong communication and organization skills
  • experience managing a rental program or interacting with state agencies
  • valid driver's license

Job Duties

  • Provide customer service to internal and external customers
  • answer phones and emails
  • schedule and confirm events
  • manage schedules
  • maintain scheduling and event calendar and records
  • greet and assist guests
  • check on and follow up with guests to ensure compliance with rental agreements
  • operate vehicles or golf carts to inspect remote locations
  • receive requests for facility usage
  • coordinate with RTI and tenant units to maintain master calendar
  • prioritize renters and follow procedures for violations
  • communicate with TAG appointed agents
  • contact confirmed renters 120 days from event for confirmation or cancellation
  • check in and check out guests ensuring cleaning duties
  • report issues to Construction and Facility Management Office
  • keep detailed records of usage and rules compliance
  • track funds collected by fiscal year and entity
  • coordinate with maintenance and vendors for facility upkeep
  • process state paperwork and funds for State Business Office
