Job Duties
- provide administrative and client support to assigned sales managers
- coordinate payroll and paid time off (PTO) submissions for managers
- prepare sales-related documents such as proposals, contracts, and banquet event orders
- promote internal and external brand recognition
- assemble informational packages including brochures and promotional materials
- enter, retrieve, reconcile, and verify information such as commissions, prospects, and third-party data in sales software
- manage databases to update records, files, reservations, and respond to guest inquiries
- prepare correspondence, memorandums, and other documents using word processing and spreadsheet software
- create and maintain organizational and filing systems for records and reports
- compile, copy, classify, and file office activity and business transaction records
- adhere to company policies and maintain professional appearance
- greet and assist guests according to company standards
- communicate clearly and professionally
- cultivate positive workplace relationships and support team goals
- perform physical tasks involving moving objects under 10 pounds
- complete additional reasonable tasks assigned by supervisors
