  • minimum 3 years of corporate office reception or admin experience required
  • high school diploma required
  • must have the ability to undergo and successfully pass a background check and drug screening

  • minimum 3 years of corporate office reception or admin experience
  • high school diploma required
  • associate degree in business, communications, or a related field preferred
  • ability to undergo and successfully pass a background check and drug screening
  • excellent written communication and composition skills
  • professionalism in all interactions
  • experience working in Microsoft Office suite products such as Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams
  • self-motivated to see job tasks through to completion

Job Duties

  • Receive internal and external visitors on behalf of the corporate office and provide best-in-class customer service
  • manage incoming and outgoing shipments, mail, and faxes
  • collaborate with multiple departments to maintain accurate information for US Security Services locations nationwide
  • maintain inventory of office supplies and place supply orders as needed
  • communicate maintenance and housekeeping needs to building management
  • assist with special events or projects as needed
  • provide support for other administrative team members as needed
  • provide support to administrative specialists as needed
