- high school diploma required
- must have the ability to undergo and successfully pass a background check and drug screening

- experience working in Microsoft Office suite products such as Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams
- self-motivated to see job tasks through to completion
Job Duties
- Receive internal and external visitors on behalf of the corporate office and provide best-in-class customer service
- manage incoming and outgoing shipments, mail, and faxes
- collaborate with multiple departments to maintain accurate information for US Security Services locations nationwide
- maintain inventory of office supplies and place supply orders as needed
- communicate maintenance and housekeeping needs to building management
- assist with special events or projects as needed
- provide support for other administrative team members as needed
- provide support to administrative specialists as needed
