Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of corporate office reception or admin experience
  • A high school diploma is required
  • Must be at least 21 years of age or older
  • Ability to undergo and successfully pass a background check and drug screening
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • Must be able to work onsite at Corporate Office in St. Louis, MO

Job Qualifications

  • At least 21 years of age or older
  • Minimum 3 years of corporate office reception or admin experience
  • A high school diploma is required
  • Associate degree in business, communications, or a related field is preferred
  • Must have the ability to undergo and successfully pass a background check and drug screening
  • Excellent written communication and composition
  • Maintains professionalism in all interactions
  • Work experience in an administrative capacity
  • Self-motivated to see job tasks through to completion
  • Experience working in Microsoft Office suite products (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, etc.)

Job Duties

  • Receive internal and external visitors on behalf of the Corporate office and provide best-in-class customer service
  • Manage incoming and outgoing shipments, mail, and faxes
  • Collaborate with multiple departments to maintain accurate information for US Security Services locations nationwide
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies and place supply orders as needed
  • Communicate maintenance and housekeeping needs to building management
  • Assist with special events or projects as needed
  • Provide support for other Administrative team members as needed
  • Provide support to Administrative Specialists as needed
