Job Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of office administration or office reception experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word Excel and Outlook
- Experience managing shared calendars and conference room scheduling
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Job Duties
- Be the first point of contact greeting visitors clients and team members with professionalism and care
- Coordinate communications by answering and directing calls emails and messages to the right departments
- Support daily operations by scheduling appointments maintaining calendars and assisting with meeting room logistics
- Assist with fiscal tasks such as processing invoices communicating with vendors and maintaining receipt logs
- Manage mail and supplies including handling incoming and outgoing mail courier deliveries and office supply inventories
- Keep the front office and reception areas tidy organized and welcoming
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries promptly and accurately
- Assist with events by helping set up and supporting community meetings and trainings occasionally during evenings or weekends
