Job Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of office administration or office reception experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience managing shared calendars and conference room scheduling
- Strong written and verbal communication and comprehension skills
- Ability to handle internal and external correspondence professionally
- Demonstrated punctuality, follow-through, and accountability in previous roles
- Calm, friendly, professional demeanor with the ability to maintain confidentiality and composure
- Strong capacity to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and maintain accuracy
- A team-oriented mindset and a passion for serving the community
Job Qualifications

- Minimum of 3 years of office administration or reception experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook

Job Duties
- Be the first point of contact by greeting visitors, clients, and team members with professionalism and care
- Coordinate communications by answering and directing calls, emails, and messages to the correct departments
- Support daily operations by scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, and assisting with meeting room logistics
- Assist with fiscal tasks including processing invoices, communicating with vendors, and maintaining receipt logs
- Manage mail and supplies by handling incoming and outgoing mail, courier deliveries, and office supply inventories
- Keep the front office and reception areas tidy, organized, and welcoming
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries promptly and accurately
- Assist with events by helping set up and supporting community meetings and trainings, occasionally during evenings or weekends
