Job Qualifications
- Five years cash handling experience
- Two years administrative and/or cash room experience preferred
- ServSafe or food handling certification a plus
- Ability to articulate clearly to clients, general managers, and HQ personnel
- Strong leadership skills with an emphasis on team building and development
- Ability to read, count, and write for completing documentation accurately
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Financial management, organizational and analytical skills
- Flexibility to work varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer skills for office functions
- All education backgrounds accepted with minimum age of 18
Job Duties
- Live out 452 Hospitality by delivering warm, welcoming, and memorable experiences for every guest and client
- Participate in oversight of new employee orientation and applicable position training including cashier, concessions, catering, and retail cash procedures
- Communicate effectively with SSA HQ Team, Director of Audits and Controls, Revenue Reporting Manager, and onsite management
- Supervise compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Uphold and demonstrate working knowledge of company policies and procedures
- Reconcile discrepancies or questions regarding reports and balances efficiently
- Assist the business in the absence of Unit Controller and during times of need
- Provide branch administrative support including answering telephones and word processing
- Support onsite management with training programs, progressive documentation, uniform inventory, and unit communication
- Manage all functionalities and maintenance related to the P.O.S. and cash flow systems
- Establish and maintain a secure cash room with limited access to approved personnel
- Perform all daily cash room duties such as counting receipts, preparing deposits, managing cash/coin orders, and ensuring operational cash needs are met
- Assist with major financial reporting including Gross Sales Report, OFR, Trial Balance, and Sales by Stand
- Support company and partner sustainability and community engagement efforts
- Perform other tasks as necessary
