Job Duties
- Professionally greet and direct all visitors
- Organize and prepare correspondence relating to association business
- Assist with special administrative projects
- Review invoices for completeness and prepare payable vouchers
- Process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
- Assist with mail handling according to client and company policies
- Ensure that the lobby area is kept neat and clean
- Update homeowner and association information in company databases
- Keep workspaces organized and maintained
- Alert the Office Manager of low supplies and assist in stocking and distribution
- Process print jobs, scans, and faxes
- File association documents for Community Managers
- Arrange for delivery and pickup of documents from storage
- Perform other duties as assigned
