Job Requirements

- 0 - 3 years of directly related or closely related experience
- Ability to multitask and work at a quick pace

- Proficient in Microsoft Office

Job Qualifications
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products at a proficient level
- Professional communication skills including phone, interpersonal, written, and verbal
- Professional customer service skills
- Knowledge of typical business correspondence including grammar, structure, punctuation, and spelling at a proficient level
- Interpretation and completion of verbal and/or written instructions at a proficient level
- Knowledge of general office equipment including copier, fax, phone systems
- Confidentiality and discretion in all duties and responsibilities
Job Duties
- Professionally greet and direct all visitors
- Organizes and prepares correspondence relating to association business
- Assist with special administrative projects
- Reviews invoices for completeness/accuracy of charges and prepares payable vouchers for the manager's approval if not completed by the Telephone Operator
- Processes and distributes incoming and outgoing mail for the office and the Associations
- Assist with mail handling per client and company policies
- Ensure that the lobby area is kept neat and clean at all times
