Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, hospitality management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or a relevant administrative role
  • Strong understanding of airline catering operations and food safety standards
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with airline clients
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in billing and inventory control software
  • Willingness to support company initiatives and compliance efforts

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, hospitality management, or related field preferred
  • Proven experience in account management or similar role within airline catering or food service industry
  • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations including FDA and HACCP
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks efficiently
  • Leadership experience with team development focus
  • Proficient in inventory management and billing systems

Job Duties

  • Account management for all airline accounts, office supplies, auxiliary vendor accounts
  • Develop and maintain an excellent relationship with the assigned account(s) and act as a liaison between the Flight Kitchen, the airlines, and local operations
  • Ensure accurate billing and provisioning to the airline
  • Maintain daily par levels and inventory control in accordance with customer standards
  • Ensure equipment inventory is taken in a timely and accurate manner
  • Ensure the on-time departure of all flights using catering guidelines
  • Support the respective departments regarding all airline cycle changes
