Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in customer service event coordination or related field
- Ability to work flexible schedule including occasional evenings and weekends
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication skills
- Detail orientation and analytical thinking
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Punctuality and dependability
- Comfortable working in an office setting with extended sitting periods
Job Qualifications

- 1-3 years of experience in customer service event coordination or related field
- Previous automotive experience preferred but not required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel Word PowerPoint
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical thinker with ability to troubleshoot logistical challenges
- Detail-oriented with ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Ability to work with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines
- Demonstrated punctuality attendance and dependability
Job Duties
- Order and track event vehicles maintaining accurate status updates in tracking logs
- Ensure vehicles are transported to and from event sites on schedule
- Process tolls violations and tax-related vehicle expenses
- Maintain accurate paper and digital records for each event in compliance with company policies
- Work with dealerships and vendors for vehicle preparation repairs and plating
- Complete vehicle buybacks efficiently while adhering to company policy
- Handle non-dealer and dealer reimbursements as required
- Collaborate with internal departments to meet deadlines and maintain smooth event operations
- Align business practices with company values and mission
