Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in customer service event coordination or related field
  • Ability to work flexible schedule including occasional evenings and weekends
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong communication skills
  • Detail orientation and analytical thinking
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Punctuality and dependability
  • Comfortable working in an office setting with extended sitting periods

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service event coordination or related field
  • Previous automotive experience preferred but not required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel Word PowerPoint
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Analytical thinker with ability to troubleshoot logistical challenges
  • Detail-oriented with ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines
  • Demonstrated punctuality attendance and dependability

Job Duties

  • Order and track event vehicles maintaining accurate status updates in tracking logs
  • Ensure vehicles are transported to and from event sites on schedule
  • Process tolls violations and tax-related vehicle expenses
  • Maintain accurate paper and digital records for each event in compliance with company policies
  • Work with dealerships and vendors for vehicle preparation repairs and plating
  • Complete vehicle buybacks efficiently while adhering to company policy
  • Handle non-dealer and dealer reimbursements as required
  • Collaborate with internal departments to meet deadlines and maintain smooth event operations
  • Align business practices with company values and mission
