- experience with internal tools, data platforms, or CRMs is a plus
Job Duties
- Manage calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and internal communications
- coordinate event and meeting logistics
- provide recurring administrative support including reports and updates to internal systems
- assist with onboarding and HR support
- manage gifts and recognition programs
- support creative and communication initiatives
