Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in administrative or executive support
  • excellent organizational and time management skills
  • strong attention to detail
  • proactive approach to tasks and responsibilities
  • capability to handle confidential information appropriately
  • ability to multitask effectively under pressure
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related communication platforms

Job Qualifications

  • 3+ years in an administrative or executive support role
  • strong organizational and time management skills
  • detail-oriented with excellent follow-through
  • proactive mindset with initiative
  • ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
  • comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Zoom, and Teams
  • experience with internal tools, data platforms, or CRMs is a plus

Job Duties

  • Manage calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and internal communications
  • coordinate event and meeting logistics
  • provide recurring administrative support including reports and updates to internal systems
  • assist with onboarding and HR support
  • manage gifts and recognition programs
  • support creative and communication initiatives
