- strong organizational and time management skills
- detail-oriented with excellent follow-through
- proactive mindset
- ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Outlook Zoom and Teams
- experience with internal tools data platforms or CRMs is a plus

- Manage calendars meetings travel arrangements and internal communications
- coordinate event and meeting logistics
- provide recurring administrative support including reports and updates to internal systems
