Job Requirements
- associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- minimum of five years of relevant administrative experience
- ability to proficiently use communication methods and computer software
- capability to read and write documents in various formats
- ability to occasionally lift packages up to 25 pounds
- eligibility for successful completion of background check
- ability to work Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
- willingness to work on-campus in Pittsburgh and remotely as scheduled
Job Qualifications
- associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- minimum of five years of relevant administrative experience
- proficiency in computer and keyboard use
- experience with budget management and reconciliation
- strong communication and organizational skills
- familiarity with academic record management
- ability to work in a hybrid on-campus and remote environment
- prior experience in higher education preferred
Job Duties
- support senior level roles in a wide variety of complex administrative and office functions
- provide specialized technical support for academic and administrative departments
- coordinate and manage office activities including expense management, reimbursements, and budget reconciliation
- manage academic records and liaise with the School of Medicine Registrar's Office and Student Payment Center
- coordinate and support event planning
- perform other duties as assigned or needed
- maintain proficiency using communication tools, computers, and software applications
