Job Requirements

  • associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • minimum of five years of relevant administrative experience
  • ability to proficiently use communication methods and computer software
  • capability to read and write documents in various formats
  • ability to occasionally lift packages up to 25 pounds
  • eligibility for successful completion of background check
  • ability to work Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
  • willingness to work on-campus in Pittsburgh and remotely as scheduled

Job Qualifications

  • associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • minimum of five years of relevant administrative experience
  • proficiency in computer and keyboard use
  • experience with budget management and reconciliation
  • strong communication and organizational skills
  • familiarity with academic record management
  • ability to work in a hybrid on-campus and remote environment
  • prior experience in higher education preferred

Job Duties

  • support senior level roles in a wide variety of complex administrative and office functions
  • provide specialized technical support for academic and administrative departments
  • coordinate and manage office activities including expense management, reimbursements, and budget reconciliation
  • manage academic records and liaise with the School of Medicine Registrar's Office and Student Payment Center
  • coordinate and support event planning
  • perform other duties as assigned or needed
  • maintain proficiency using communication tools, computers, and software applications
