Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in administrative support or event coordination
- Ability to work remotely with reliable internet connection
- Availability to work approximately 20 hours per week during PST hours
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and communication platforms
Job Qualifications
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience in event planning or coordination preferred
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Proficiency with event management software and tools
- Budget management experience
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with compliance requirements for live events
Job Duties
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of live events including planning execution and post-event follow-up
- Create and maintain event timelines and schedules
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with internal teams clients and vendors
- Oversee event logistics such as venue selection equipment rentals and catering arrangements
- Develop and manage event budgets ensuring all expenses are within allocated funds
- Handle registration and ticketing processes
- Ensure compliance with all necessary permits and licenses
- Provide on-site support and troubleshoot any issues during events
- Maintain accurate records and reports of event details and metrics
- Facilitate team meetings and provide updates on event progress
- Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and innovation in event planning and execution
- Support the growth and success of the companys live events department
