Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in administrative support or event coordination
  • Ability to work remotely with reliable internet connection
  • Availability to work approximately 20 hours per week during PST hours
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and communication platforms

Job Duties

  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of live events including planning execution and post-event follow-up
  • Create and maintain event timelines and schedules
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with internal teams clients and vendors
  • Oversee event logistics such as venue selection equipment rentals and catering arrangements
  • Develop and manage event budgets ensuring all expenses are within allocated funds
  • Handle registration and ticketing processes
  • Ensure compliance with all necessary permits and licenses
  • Provide on-site support and troubleshoot any issues during events
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of event details and metrics
  • Facilitate team meetings and provide updates on event progress
  • Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and innovation in event planning and execution
  • Support the growth and success of the companys live events department
