  • ability to work remotely within a PST work schedule

Job Duties

  • manage and coordinate all aspects of live events including planning execution and post event follow up
  • create and maintain event timelines and schedules
  • communicate and collaborate effectively with internal teams clients and vendors
  • oversee event logistics such as venue selection equipment rentals and catering arrangements
  • develop and manage event budgets ensuring all expenses are within allocated funds
  • handle registration and ticketing processes
  • ensure compliance with all necessary permits and licenses
  • provide on site support and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during events
  • maintain accurate records and reports of event details and metrics
  • facilitate team meetings and provide updates on event progress
  • continuously seek opportunities for improvement and innovation in event planning and execution
  • support the growth and success of the companys live events department
