Job Duties
- manage and coordinate all aspects of live events including planning execution and post event follow up
- create and maintain event timelines and schedules
- communicate and collaborate effectively with internal teams clients and vendors
- oversee event logistics such as venue selection equipment rentals and catering arrangements
- develop and manage event budgets ensuring all expenses are within allocated funds
- handle registration and ticketing processes
- ensure compliance with all necessary permits and licenses
- provide on site support and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during events
- maintain accurate records and reports of event details and metrics
- facilitate team meetings and provide updates on event progress
- continuously seek opportunities for improvement and innovation in event planning and execution
- support the growth and success of the companys live events department
