Job Duties

  • Serve as point of contact with customers and communicate by phone and email to respond to inquiries and requests
  • enter and retrieve information from computer databases using keyboards, mouse, or trackball to update files, records, and reservations
  • operate standard office equipment beyond computers
  • draft letters, memos, and other documents using word processors, spreadsheets, presentation software, or databases
  • transmit information or documentation via computer, mail, or fax including reviewing and editing written information for accuracy and completeness
  • locate and enter work-related information using computers and/or point-of-sale systems
  • adhere to company policies and procedures ensuring professional appearance and confidentiality
  • welcome and recognize guests according to company standards, anticipate and meet their service needs, assist guests with disabilities, and express genuine appreciation
  • communicate clearly and professionally, prepare accurate written documents, and handle telephone protocols
  • cultivate positive working relationships with employees and departments, support team goals, and respond appropriately to employee concerns
  • report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to management
  • move, lift, transport, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds unassisted
  • perform other reasonable job duties as assigned by supervisors
