Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an administrative assistant, executive assistant or similar role
  • Proven ability to handle multiple administrative tasks simultaneously
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Experience working in a cubicle office setting (non-remote)
  • Ability to lift up to 10lbs if needed
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain positive business relationships

Job Duties

  • Following all administrative policies and procedures as outlined, ensuring all deadlines are met
  • Performing accurate data entry and maintaining requested daily, weekly, and monthly reporting
  • Communicating effectively and timely with leaders, administrative manager and team, providing clear, concise feedback regularly
  • Maintaining an open, positive relationship with all business partners internally and externally
  • Assisting with event planning including scheduling, attending on and offsite meetings with vendors, tracking budgets, and coordinating event details with appropriate departments
  • Assisting with safety and security measures within the office
  • Assisting with the completion of assigned projects, ensuring deadlines are met
  • Collaborating with leadership and acting as the point of contact in the manager's absence
