Job Requirements
- High school diploma required
- Minimum two years of recent administrative or customer service/hospitality industry experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as a team member
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
- Required to be in the office full-time Monday through Friday
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with AV technology a plus
Job Qualifications
- Minimum two years of recent administrative experience or customer service/hospitality industry experience
- AV technology experience a plus
- Completed coursework from an accredited college/university preferred
- High School diploma required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications

Job Duties
- Collaborate with Office Experience team to support in-office needs including reception, escorting visitors, meeting setup and support, arranging catering, mail, coordination of technology and facilities support, and other general office support
- Provide transactional administrative support including arranging travel, drafting firm letters, client invoices, and other documents
- Manage intake process for day-to-day requests including technology, hospitality, client, office and building maintenance issues and escalate as necessary
- Collaborate with internal and external teams and vendors for scanning, copying, mail/shipping support during peak times
- Communicate with KPMG professionals and external clients professionally and courteously
- Troubleshoot common issues, provide solutions and escalate concerns as appropriate
- Follow standard practices and procedures for all activities
