Job Requirements

  • High school diploma required
  • Minimum two years of recent administrative or customer service/hospitality industry experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
  • Required to be in the office full-time Monday through Friday
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with AV technology a plus

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum two years of recent administrative experience or customer service/hospitality industry experience
  • AV technology experience a plus
  • Completed coursework from an accredited college/university preferred
  • High School diploma required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications
  • excellent web-based research skills
  • ability to learn firm-wide applications including GenAI
  • Analytical skills and ability to proactively troubleshoot problems and escalate when necessary

Job Duties

  • Collaborate with Office Experience team to support in-office needs including reception, escorting visitors, meeting setup and support, arranging catering, mail, coordination of technology and facilities support, and other general office support
  • Provide transactional administrative support including arranging travel, drafting firm letters, client invoices, and other documents
  • Manage intake process for day-to-day requests including technology, hospitality, client, office and building maintenance issues and escalate as necessary
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams and vendors for scanning, copying, mail/shipping support during peak times
  • Communicate with KPMG professionals and external clients professionally and courteously
  • Troubleshoot common issues, provide solutions and escalate concerns as appropriate
  • Follow standard practices and procedures for all activities
