  • minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office products
  • strong communication skills
  • effective prioritization and organizational abilities
  • discretion in handling confidential information

  • physical ability to lift up to 20 lbs
  • experience with Office365

Job Duties

  • answer and direct incoming calls
  • greet visitors and clients
  • handle general inquiries in person and via phone
  • manage incoming and outgoing mail
  • coordinate meetings and catering arrangements
  • maintain tidy common areas and office supplies
  • support general administrative tasks as needed
