- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 1 year of front-desk, customer service, or administrative experience
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- comfortable learning booking software and multitasking in a fast-paced environment

- previous experience in a high-end medical spa, cosmetic clinic, or luxury hospitality setting preferred but not required

Job Duties
- Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth
- manage check-out, payments, and patient paperwork
- answer phones, respond to emails/texts, and book appointments using our EMR system
- proactively optimize the daily schedule to maintain smooth clinic flow
- maintain a clean and inviting reception area and complete opening/closing duties
- develop a solid understanding of treatments and products (training provided) to educate patients and support sales when appropriate
- assist with light administrative projects and local marketing events as needed
