Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 1 year of front-desk, customer service, or administrative experience
  • strong verbal and written communication skills
  • comfortable learning booking software and multitasking in a fast-paced environment

  • previous experience in a high-end medical spa, cosmetic clinic, or luxury hospitality setting preferred but not required
  • ability to start soon

Job Duties

  • Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth
  • manage check-out, payments, and patient paperwork
  • answer phones, respond to emails/texts, and book appointments using our EMR system
  • proactively optimize the daily schedule to maintain smooth clinic flow
  • maintain a clean and inviting reception area and complete opening/closing duties
  • develop a solid understanding of treatments and products (training provided) to educate patients and support sales when appropriate
  • assist with light administrative projects and local marketing events as needed
