Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in front-desk, customer service, or administrative roles
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and learn booking software in a fast-paced environment
  • Friendly, polished, and customer-care focused demeanor
  • Highly reliable and punctual
  • Collaborative and a true team player
  • Resourceful and proactive with keen attention to detail
  • Calm and professional under pressure

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of front-desk, customer service, or administrative experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable learning booking software and multitasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in a high-end medical spa, cosmetic clinic, or luxury hospitality setting (preferred but not required)
  • Ability to start soon (preferred but not required)

Job Duties

  • Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth
  • Manage check-out, payments, and patient paperwork
  • Answer phones, respond to emails/texts, and book appointments using our EMR system
  • Proactively optimize the daily schedule to maintain smooth clinic flow
  • Maintain a clean and inviting reception area and complete opening/closing duties
  • Develop a solid understanding of treatments and products to educate patients and support sales when appropriate
  • Assist with light administrative projects and local marketing events as needed
