Job Requirements

  • high school graduate or ged required
  • receptionist and or administrative office experience preferred
  • experience working with alaska native communities preferred
  • ability to provide full reception coverage during breaks and absences
  • ability to manage multiple administrative tasks
  • reliable attendance and punctuality

Job Duties

  • perform various administrative duties for the administration division as assigned by the records and information manager
  • provide reception coverage during breaks, absences, and scheduled time off for the primary receptionist
  • support the executive assistant and communications manager for company-wide event planning and execution
  • sort incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail and packages
  • manage office kitchen supplies and maintain cleanliness
  • schedule and prepare conference and training rooms
  • create ID badges and escort visitors within the office
  • take inventory and order office and kitchen supplies
  • monitor and replenish copier paper and ink cartridges
  • escort waste and shredding services for bin emptying
  • perform other assigned duties
