Job Requirements
- high school graduate or ged required
- receptionist and or administrative office experience preferred
- experience working with alaska native communities preferred
- ability to provide full reception coverage during breaks and absences
- ability to manage multiple administrative tasks
- reliable attendance and punctuality

Job Duties
- perform various administrative duties for the administration division as assigned by the records and information manager
- provide reception coverage during breaks, absences, and scheduled time off for the primary receptionist
- support the executive assistant and communications manager for company-wide event planning and execution
- sort incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail and packages
- manage office kitchen supplies and maintain cleanliness
- schedule and prepare conference and training rooms
- create ID badges and escort visitors within the office
- take inventory and order office and kitchen supplies
- monitor and replenish copier paper and ink cartridges
- escort waste and shredding services for bin emptying
- perform other assigned duties
