Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience working as a BT or RBT preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Proficiency with scheduling software and office management tools
  • Willingness to work full-time Monday through Friday
  • Compassionate and patient attitude towards children and families

Job Qualifications

  • Experience as a behavior technician (BT) or registered behavior technician (RBT)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage scheduling and coordinate with multiple parties
  • Familiarity with inventory management and vendor relations
  • Experience supporting clinical program creation and management
  • Proficiency in general office administrative tasks
  • Patience and a compassionate approach towards children with autism

Job Duties

  • Manage appointment scheduling for therapists and clients, ensuring optimal time management and minimal disruptions
  • Communicate effectively with families and staff to confirm sessions, manage cancellations, and resolve conflicts in scheduling
  • Monitor and maintain stock levels of clinic supplies, ensuring necessary materials are always available
  • Place orders, track deliveries, and coordinate with vendors to meet budget and quality standards
  • Support clinicians in organizing and maintaining treatment plans and clinic programs to promote consistency and efficiency
  • Help implement new initiatives that improve the quality of care and streamline clinic operations
  • Perform front desk duties including answering phones, greeting clients, processing paperwork, and maintaining organized records
