- ability to work the schedule of 8:15 a.m. - 5:15 p.m.

Job Duties
- Handle administrative tasks (file opening/closing), fax, file, scan, copy, and billing
- process check requests
- schedule and coordinate meetings, visitors, and travel
- greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner
- answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments
- manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable
- handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings
- assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining records
- provide general information to visitors and clients
- organize documents
- perform other duties or special projects as directed
