Job Duties

  • Handle administrative tasks (file opening/closing), fax, file, scan, copy, and billing
  • process check requests
  • schedule and coordinate meetings, visitors, and travel
  • greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner
  • answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments
  • manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable
  • handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings
  • assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining records
  • provide general information to visitors and clients
  • organize documents
  • perform other duties or special projects as directed
