Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least two years of related administrative and bookkeeping experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency with computer applications including Google Workspace Salesforce Excel and Word
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- At least two years of related administrative and bookkeeping experience highly preferred
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Analytical ability to make decisions with limited direction
- Solid computer skills including ability to learn technology and various systems including video conferencing
- Familiarity with Google Workspace Salesforce Excel and Word highly preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks
- Organizational reading comprehension math and problem-solving skills
- Ability to balance working independently with working in a team environment
- Self-starter multi-tasker problem solver goal oriented and team player
- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality
Job Duties
- Manage essential administrative activities including setting appointments preparing meeting materials handling all incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Serve as the primary point of contact for visits and calls building lasting relationships and ensuring every interaction is professional and welcoming
- Track outstanding items to completion research creative solutions to office challenges and ensure all numerical and financial data is recorded and reconciled with total accuracy
- Collaborate with staff members to set future actions create assignments and ensure the office is fully stocked and prepared for daily success
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information relevant to financial services
- Assist with bookkeeping and data entry tasks to support financial accuracy
- Coordinate video conferencing and other technology setups for meetings
