Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalence
  • minimum of one year receptionist or related experience
  • excellent verbal communication skills
  • basic computer knowledge including word processing and switchboard use
  • ability to sit for long periods
  • customer service orientation
  • ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of one year prior receptionist or related experience
  • outstanding verbal communication and customer service skills
  • typing skills preferred
  • high school diploma or equivalence
  • knowledge of computers, word processing, and switchboard operation

Job Duties

  • Answer, screen, and route all telephone calls
  • answer routine telephone inquiries
  • greet and welcome guests to the facility
  • handle faxes and deliveries
  • provide typing and clerical support as needed
  • serve as administrative support to the HR, GM, Directors and Managers
  • assist with scheduling of orientations, interviews, staffing as needed
  • perform all other duties and responsibilities as required
