- outstanding verbal communication and customer service skills required

Job Duties
- Answer, screen, and route all telephone calls
- answer routine telephone inquiries
- greet and welcome guests to the facility
- handle faxes and deliveries
- provide typing and clerical support as needed
- offer service administrator support to the HR, GM, directors and managers
- assist with scheduling of orientations, interviews, staffing as needed
- perform all other duties/responsibilities as required
