Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- minimum 1 year of administrative or receptionist experience
- ability to communicate verbally and in writing
- proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- ability to multitask and organize tasks effectively
- maintain CPR, First Aid, and Safety Care certifications
- ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Duties
- Provide administrative support to the management and leadership of Day & Employment Services, as directed
- answer all incoming telephone calls and direct the caller to the appropriate individual
- welcome and direct all visitors to the program
- responsible for the daily opening and closing of the program's reception and main entrance areas
- work in partnership with leaders to plan and coordinate events including managing logistics
- coordinate appointments and staff meetings, serve as the point of contact for meeting communications and for confirming participation
- attend various meetings and take meeting minutes as requested
- develop and maintain accurate and complete data collection and ongoing required documentation for day services program projects
- input all program attendance sheet data and interface with the financial department on billing issues
- mail and track participants required paperwork
- oversee receipts and tracking for leadership billing statements and petty cash
- maintain ordering of necessary supplies for all cost centers
- supervise the maintenance of all office equipment including copiers and mail machine
- follow procedures for retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of records
- ensure cleaning and kitchen supplies are stocked appropriately
- maintain and replenish routine job development supplies
- assist with facility and vehicle scheduling and maintenance
- responsible for reception area coverage and training of back-up assistance
- attend and actively participate in training
- maintain necessary certifications such as CPR, First Aid, and Safety Care
- ensure that individuals supported are treated with dignity and respect
