Job Duties

  • Greet clients warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members
  • Serve as primary phone operator and receptionist
  • Act as the first line of help for inbound calls, routing to appropriate personnel or taking detailed messages
  • Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, email, and in person
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Schedule appointments
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects
  • Process credit card payments and customer invoicing
  • Create and keep organized paperwork for Zoresco processes
  • Perform special projects as needed
  • Contribute to overall administrative personnel functions
  • Collaborate on interdepartmental tasks and administrative projects
  • Perform other duties as assigned
