Job Requirements

  • must live local to the Buffalo, NY area to work onsite
  • typically an associate's degree in a related field
  • over three years of related experience
  • ability to demonstrate a high level of professionalism
  • exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • ability to work with web-based and desktop computer applications
  • strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • must handle sensitive information with discretion
  • no U.S. sponsorship available
  • unable to provide relocation assistance

Job Qualifications

  • associate's degree in a related field
  • over three years of related experience working in a professional, corporate environment
  • ability to demonstrate a high level of professionalism and poise in interactions with senior leadership, employees, and external visitors
  • exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse audiences
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • ability to work with web-based and desktop computer applications, such as phone services and systems, iPad visitor badging
  • strong skills in organization, prioritization, and efficient and effective multitasking

Job Duties

  • ensuring professional and effective interactions with various internal and external stakeholders
  • answering, responding to and the transfer of incoming calls to proper destinations efficiently and effectively
  • assisting with catering orders, mail and other deliveries, with timely communication to employees
  • effective communication on bulletin boards and other employee spaces
  • handling sensitive information with discretion and maintaining confidentiality
  • responding to routine inquires, maintaining a professional lobby area and conference rooms
  • delivering routine tasks in the support of the corporate office
