Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in administrative or receptionist position preferred
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
  • strong organizational skills
  • ability to manage multiple priorities

  • ability to work onsite in Leawood, KS

Job Duties

  • Greet guests, visitors, and team members with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care
  • maintain polished, tidy, and welcoming conference rooms, lobby, and common spaces
  • manage all incoming calls with courtesy and efficiency, ensuring accurate routing or follow-up
  • recognize team members and understand department structures to provide knowledgeable assistance
  • handle incoming mail, deliveries, and document distribution
  • support clerical tasks such as copying, scanning, filing, and ordering office supplies
  • assist with event planning, office activities, and cross-functional team projects
