Job Duties
- Greet guests, visitors, and team members with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care
- maintain polished, tidy, and welcoming conference rooms, lobby, and common spaces
- manage all incoming calls with courtesy and efficiency, ensuring accurate routing or follow-up
- recognize team members and understand department structures to provide knowledgeable assistance
- handle incoming mail, deliveries, and document distribution
- support clerical tasks such as copying, scanning, filing, and ordering office supplies
- assist with event planning, office activities, and cross-functional team projects
