Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- two years of relevant work experience
- knowledge of healthcare regulations and elderly care needs preferred
- compliance with PACE health screening and immunization requirements
- ability to operate standard office equipment
- proficiency with computers including MS Word and Excel
- successful completion of background checks and drug screening
- ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor
Job Qualifications
- college degree preferred
- minimum two years experience in administrative support, customer service, or receptionist roles
- knowledge of healthcare delivery systems and elderly care preferred
- experience working with medical professionals in a day-center environment preferred
- proficient in MS Word and Excel
- capable in the use of office equipment
- ability to communicate positively and professionally
- must pass background checks and drug screening
Job Duties
- create and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors
- coordinate administrative and receptionist duties
- utilize office equipment proficiently
- support staff and medical professionals within the PACE center
- manage patient emergency call systems
- ensure compliance with health screening and immunization requirements
- convey a positive and professional image to participants and the public
