Job Requirements
- Must comply with PACE health screening and immunization requirements including medical clearance for communicable diseases
- must successfully pass agency required background checks and drug screening
- ability to convey a positive and professional image to staff, PACE participants and the general public
- two years of experience in administrative support, customer service, or receptionist roles
- good computer skills including MS Word and Excel

- College degree preferred
- two years of experience in administrative support, customer service, or receptionist roles required
- knowledge of healthcare delivery systems and elderly care preferred
- experience working with medical professionals in a day-center environment preferred
- good computer skills including MS Word and Excel
- proficiency with patient emergency call systems preferred
- proficient with office equipment
- ability to convey a positive and professional image
Job Duties
- Create and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for visitors and participants
- answer and direct phone calls promptly and professionally
- schedule and confirm participant appointments
- manage patient check-in and check-out processes
- maintain accurate and confidential medical records
- coordinate communication between healthcare staff and participants
- assist with administrative tasks including data entry and office equipment operation
