Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Minimum of one-year related receptionist or administrative experience or a combination of education and experience

Job Qualifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel Word and PowerPoint
  • Experience with RealPage preferred
  • Strong judgment and discretion in handling confidential information
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with empathy toward homeless disabled and elderly populations
  • Effective written and verbal communication abilities
  • Capable of working independently managing time efficiently and meeting deadlines

Job Duties

  • Provide administrative support to leadership including scheduling meetings and coordinating events
  • Assist with temporary leasing office setups including space identification lease agreements and logistics
  • Support leasing teams with office supplies and operational needs
  • Serve as liaison with vendors and partners post and distribute leasing notices
  • Answer and route incoming calls professionally
  • Maintain and update leasing trackers and company files in internal systems
  • Attend required trainings and events uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
