Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED)
- 2 to 3 years experience in a similar position and/or performing similar tasks
- Current and valid driver’s license per city policies outlined in the employee handbook
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED)
- 2 to 3 years experience in a similar position and/or performing similar tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to adapt to shifting priorities
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable with scheduling tools and inventory management
Job Duties
- Welcome visitors and staff at the front desk
- Keep offices and kitchens stocked and help maintain a clean, organized campus
- Monitor and maintain inventory of office and other supplies, and purchase routine supplies as necessary
- Maintain files, records, documents and enter data into databases
- Prepare routine and complex documents, such as correspondence, presentations, and reports, proofreading for format, spelling, grammar, typos and general clarity
- Provide general and specialized administrative support, such as answering phones, reviewing and screening correspondence
- Coordinate with Public Works Campus departments on mail and deliveries
- Support team projects and initiatives
