Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED)
  • 2 to 3 years experience in a similar position and/or performing similar tasks
  • Current and valid driver’s license per city policies outlined in the employee handbook

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED)
  • 2 to 3 years experience in a similar position and/or performing similar tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to adapt to shifting priorities
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable with scheduling tools and inventory management

Job Duties

  • Welcome visitors and staff at the front desk
  • Keep offices and kitchens stocked and help maintain a clean, organized campus
  • Monitor and maintain inventory of office and other supplies, and purchase routine supplies as necessary
  • Maintain files, records, documents and enter data into databases
  • Prepare routine and complex documents, such as correspondence, presentations, and reports, proofreading for format, spelling, grammar, typos and general clarity
  • Provide general and specialized administrative support, such as answering phones, reviewing and screening correspondence
  • Coordinate with Public Works Campus departments on mail and deliveries
  • Support team projects and initiatives
