Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Provide administrative support to Associate Vice Provost for Health and Wellbeing and other Student Health Center directors
  • manage calendars and schedule meetings and events
  • assist with project management, meeting planning, and preparation
  • perform general administrative tasks including typing, scanning, faxing, answering calls, and message taking
  • place orders for office supplies, food, equipment, and printing services
  • maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly
  • serve as receptionist providing excellent customer service
  • collect, sort, and distribute incoming mail
  • respond to routine requests
  • coordinate with Access Nurse and IU Telecom for facility operations
  • maintain and distribute employee parking permits
  • support clinic schedule changes for medical providers
