Job Requirements
- High school education
- Minimum one-year related clerical or administrative office experience
- Experience with customer/public interaction
- Knowledge of senior living environment preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to remain calm in emergency situations

Job Qualifications
- High school education
- College or business education preferred
- Minimum of one-year related office experience providing clerical or administrative support
- Experience in a highly visible office with public interaction preferred
- Experience in sales, marketing, or healthcare-related position preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of senior care or senior living lifestyle preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English both written and verbal
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to remain calm in emergencies

Job Duties
- Greet all individuals who contact or visit the sales office and provide appropriate information or referrals
- Respond to requests for information by sending designated letters and brochures
- Enter inquiry data into the approved CRM sales software and redirect to sales director and assisted living sales staff
- Answer incoming calls, direct as appropriate, record messages and provide requested information
- Respond to inquiries from the organization’s website and proxy email by mailing information or redirecting to sales staff
- Assist or conduct tours of residential and assisted living as directed
- Coordinate marketing special events including preparing and sending invitations and verifying attendance
- Prepare orientation packets, move-in info, phone directory, and name plate for new residents
- Schedule resident host/hostess and prepare welcome gifts
- Provide administrative support including preparation of correspondence, reports, memos, and tracking apartment extras
- Support occupancy cycle and admission/move-in processes
- Maintain a professional and organized office environment
- Manage supply inventory and ordering
- Utilize resident volunteers or concierge for brochure and application distribution
