Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Deliver excellent visitor services to all guests, vendors and partners
  • perform general administrative activities including screening and directing incoming phone calls, prioritizing, distributing and acting on mail, assisting partners with FedEx
  • provide badging services to all guests
  • serve as a point of contact for the business unit or department
  • answer questions, direct requests to appropriate partners and work with other partners effectively to exchange information
  • organize, host and facilitate activities such as team and cross-functional meetings, conferences and department activities
  • provide support and resources to department hiring managers for new partner setup and immersion activities
