Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent is required
- legal authorization to work in the U.S.
- proficiency with event registration platforms and event signage software
- experience in events organization and execution
- experience communicating with employees at different levels
- proficient using SAP, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote, and Outlook or similar software applications
- experience scheduling meetings with others as requested by managers
- record meeting minutes
- provide follow-up correspondence to team members
- experience supporting change to existing systems and assists others in the change process

Job Duties
- help develop documentation that supports both the operational and strategic goals of the department
- provide administration, organization, and upkeep of facilities related documents that are intended to support facility related work in compliance with RA procedures
- administrative responsibility for assigned work including record keeping support and coordination of facilities specific projects that affect the MKE location
- use established business metrics relevant to area of assigned responsibility and understand the importance of maintaining and communicating metrics to partners
- standardize work practices with other team members and provide input to immediate supervisor and other managers on ways to produce results in the execution of facilities related support tasks
- provide administrative support to WPS leadership team by assisting with the implementation of all programs administered by WPS
- support RA programs through teamwork, participation, and engagement with others
