Job Duties

  • Operate multi-line phone system
  • Pick up mail (company vehicle) and distribute
  • Create mail labels when needed
  • Order kitchen supplies and maintain kitchen basic needs
  • Order office supplies for all company locations
  • Enter and code receipts for items purchased
  • Coordinate event planning as directed under Office Administrative Supervisor
  • Submit requests to property management
  • Maintain office equipment
  • Assist in distributing iPhones and iPads
  • Manage our social media presence and updates internally to staff
  • Design posts with provided software
  • Assist with social media updates
  • Data entry of statements into our software
  • Support any general office needs for all departments
